Waldwick Classroom has Commercial Water Damage
This Waldwick classroom had a pipe burst that did not look all that broad beside the ceiling tiles’ water spots. SERVPRO technicians scoped the classroom and found widespread water migration from the burst pipe throughout the room. The sheetrock wicked a large amount of water and required removal over most of a wall around the doorway, as seen in the After Photo. Fortunately, through the use of their advanced moisture detection equipment, including floor probes, the techs found no indication of seepage underneath the tiles. Hence, the only water damage repairs needed were the replacement of the walls and baseboards to get the classroom back to normal for the students.
