Saddle Brook Kitchen Needs Water Clean Up

This small Saddle Brook kitchen does not look like it has a major water damage problem as seen in the Before Photo. SERVPRO technicians brought in their moisture detection equipment in order to probe the floor to ascertain if seepage occurred as well the determine if water ran under the cabinets. As the After Photo shows, a large amount of controlled demo was needed in this kitchen. SERVPRO techs removed the cabinets and delaminated floor tiles due to seepage.This enables the drying equipment to properly dry the subfloor.  Upon checking the walls, the sheetrock wicked a few inches of water and the technicians removed the deteriorated portion with clean slices as shown.
