Black Mold Growing on Sheetrock

This basement located in Paramus, NJ experienced a water damage from a hot water heater that leaked inside their home. Unfortunately for the homeowners the basement was finished and broken up by a couple rooms. The outcome of the prolonged moisture is mold growing on the sheet-rock. Sheet-rock is very porous meaning it is great lunch for mold to survive.
