Ridgewood Breakroom with Commercial Water Damage
A Ridgewood breakroom had commercial water damage on the tile floor extending out to the slab floor of the warehouse area. SERVPRO scoped the property and found evidence of water migration behind the baseboards of the breakroom and removed them for extraction of the water and drying within the bottom of the walls cavities. Fortunately, for this business, the cleanup efforts began quickly enough that the floor tiles did not delaminate and the techs were able to dry the property with the table in place. The chairs and other furnishings got moved outside the loss area. Afterward, a wipedown with the professional-grade cleaning agents ensured the breakroom was ready for use by the employees once again.
