Waldwick Bathroom Has Extensive Water Damage
It is difficult to tell the amount of water damage present in this Waldwick bathroom in the Before Photo. SERVPRO technicians found that the water cleanup extended from the bathroom to other nearby rooms. The After Photo shows the true extent of the cleanup needed for this property. SERVPRO techs performed flood cuts to remove the portion of the sheetrock on the bathroom walls that wicked water. This action stops any further absorption from occurring and limits the amount of repair needed for the walls. To dry the wall and area under the vanity, it required removal. Fortunately, the seal on the grout on the tile remained intact and the flooring did not need removing as there were no signs of seepage.
