Sewer back-up
Sometimes the jobs are messy. Bergen County home had a blockage and everything backed up in the basement bathroom. The homeowner was horrified when they opened the door and found this (before picture). SERVPRO of Paramus/Northeast Bergen County was on-site with 45 minutes to begin the cleaning and sanitizing (deodorization was needed as well). With 3 children in the house, this second bathroom had a lot of traffic. Our customer was panicked! We were able to clean up the bathroom and get it dried in a couple of days and get the second bathroom back into the busy household rotation. It's nice to put a homeowner at ease.
