SERVPRO Tackles Water Damage on Two Levels in Woodcliff Lake Property

A kitchen sink overflow in this Woodcliff Lake home led to water damage affecting two levels within the home. The kitchen had hardwood floors and required rapid extraction and drying to minimize the effects of the moisture on the floorboards. The water from the kitchen ran down the walls of the entertainment room below and the entertainment room below on the other level. The carpet and walls were affected in the entertainment room with the decorative pillars shown in the Before Photo and thick pile carpet requiring removal after extraction services completed so the concrete substrate could dry. Technicians covered the leather furniture with heavy gauge plastic and placed it up on blocks during the drying process the furnishings could remain in the room.
