River Edge Boiler Causes Water Damage

According to the Before Photo, the only indication of water damage in this River Edge is the moisture in the shelves. However, the boiler caused a significant amount of water damage in this residential condo unit. The walls wicked a large amount of moisture as well as the ceilings on the level below. SERVPRO technicians needed to extract the water and perform drying services. As seen in the After Photo, much of the sheetrock on the walls have been removed in order to dry the wall cavities. The carpet was also disposed of in order to dry the concrete substrate below. When the water cleanup services were completed, the basement utility area was ready for the reinstallation of walls and carpet to get life back to normal for the residents.
