Handling A Residential Water Loss

A water loss can happen at any moment to your property, whether it be from a burst pipe, appliance malfunction, or severe weather. Acting fast is crucial to minimizing the damage. Once the water has stopped at the source we can go ahead and begin. When we receive a call, we will arrange for a technician to be dispatched at a time that works best for you. We highly recommend tackling the issue as soon as possible to prevent further damage to the property from occurring.

Assessment

A chief technician will identify the scope of the damage based on visual inspection along with the help of specific tools/devices that allow them to see if areas are wet even if it may be behind a wall. They will take moisture readings to determine what areas of the home have been affected by the water.

Water Removal

If there is any standing water on the property, we will pump it out or use wet vacuums to remove the water that is currently on-site.

Drying
